A key provider of apprenticeships in Wales, our client wanted to rebrand from a name which was being confused with other providers to a fresh, modern brand which represented the forward-thinking tech courses which it provided.

  • Starting with a marketing strategy, we discussed the future of the business and goals before delving into key products, target audiences and emotive messaging. With a clear vision of what our marketing needed to achieve, we built a marketing plan prioritising the marketing activity to best achieve our goals.

  • Social media would play a key role – from setting up accounts on key platforms, to building up an organic presence and finally paid-for ads.
  • A new website was planned, supporting the user journey and copywriting tailored to support SEO.
  • Targeted campaigns throughout the year would be built into our strategy to fill priority courses with clear target numbers.
  • With the recruitment of a sales team, the implementation of a CRM system was crucial to track and convert leads.
