Revival of Annual Fashion Event

The Challenge
To relaunch an annual fashion event which had been dormant for four years after Covid-19. Due to the event not running for several years, it was lacking awareness and interest. We were approached to revive it, gather sponsors and sell tickets for three events, which would run over one day.
Our Support
- In the six-month lead-up to the event, we took full control of the event management of the event, from supporting with the venue booking to running the event on the day.
- New website with fresh content, imagery and copy.
- Revival of social media platforms with regular, fresh content. As promotion was needed in the run-up to the event, we came up with creative ways to produce content even with no past content or footage to use.
- Eventbrite set up for management of ticket sales, with a mix of VIP and general ticket sales available.
- Management of enquiries and refunds.
- Production of a sponsor package designed into an 8-page brochure.
- Potential sponsors were contacted with gold, silver and bronze packages offered.
- Model castings held across two days.
- Full support on the day, from management of the sponsors in the fashion village, to entertainment, backstage organisation, catering and welcome desk management.
The Result
- Over 20 sponsors secured from John Lewis to the University of South Wales.
- Around 700 tickets sold across three shows.
- 15 models, both male and females booked to take part in the event.
- Three catwalk shows held throughout the day.
- Fashion Flashmob held in Cardiff in the run-up to the event to promote ticket sales.
- Numerous PR achieved, from print to radio.
- 500% increase in social media followers.
